Reiki can work on many levels, from stress related situations at work, relationship dilemmas, to assisting those who are transitioning from life to death. It can also be used on a regular basis as a wellbeing tool. The treatment lasts about 30 - 45 minutes and and the effects are often felt in-between treatments. Reiki can accelerate the healing of physical problems especially post-operative recovery, balance the emotions including stress, trauma and grief, and free us from restrictive mental attitudes, like jealously, anxiety and anger. It may also provide a closer connection with inner wisdom.

I offer distance reiki to clients all over the world with great success, including Uruguay, Chile, Mexico, Jordan and United States. I speak Spanish and English.

What to expect:

Please email me to arrange a time to speak either via email, zoom or phone. We will discuss your reason for the treatment. This could be for you personally or for a loved one. I will need to know the name, birthday and location (city) of the recipient. I will agree to make Reiki and I will also introduce ideas from caring science which will support the healing outcomes. We will then agree a time when I will give the treatment. This part is not done over the phone. I carry out the Reiki alone in my meditation room. I will then contact you afterwards for any follow up or feedback.
